Almost every tour on Viatour can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellations within 24 hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, because the operator has already prepared your spot. If you cannot attend, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Multi-day & private tours
Multi-day tours and private charters typically require 7 days notice for a full refund. The exact terms are listed on the booking page before you pay.
Operator cancellations
If the operator cancels, most often due to weather, road closures or volcanic activity, you get a full refund or the option to rebook for free, no questions asked.
