Laugarás Lagoon is the Golden Circle’s newest attraction, Iceland´s most popular tourism route, which includes Geysir, Gullfoss, and Þingvellir National Park. Nestled among the mountains and overlooking the Hvítá River, the exquisite two -story lagoon envelopes guests in its warm geothermal water, perfectly balanced with the landscape. During the visit guests can also plunge into a cold pool or spend some time in one of our two elegant saunas. Guests can cap off their day dining at Ylja Restaurant, our in-house eatery led by renowned Icelandic chef Gísli Matt. This seasonal menu features ingredients sourced from local farms, fisheries, and greenhouses. A visit to the lagoon is ideal for groups of friends, couples, families, and even solo travelers looking to enjoy a scenic slice of Iceland just minutes from the Golden Circle. Ösp admission includes a two-course day menu meal at Ylja, our signature restaurant. Final optional slot for dining is at 16:30.
